Working out is so much more than just the visual aspect; it boosts confidence, improves health, increases mobility, raises serotonin, prevents injury, and so much more. Knowing that I have the tools to help improve someones way of life makes me excited to come to work everyday.

Why do you like being a Coach?
I enjoy helping people make a difference and realize their potential. It’s also rewarding seeing how far people go to improve their life and I’m apart of the equation. It’s both the physical and mental benefits that make being a coach very fulfilling

What got you started in the fitness industry?
My graduate supervisor is a firm believer that exercise is medicine and she instills the idea of utilizing exercise to better your health into her students. This encouraged me to explore the world of exercise and chronic conditions which jumpstarted my love for exercise.
Why do you love working out?
I love knowing that I am bettering my body and mind through exercise.
